Responsibilities & Context:
We are seeking a skilled Procurement Executive with at least 3 years of experience in procurement. Experience with sourcing raw materials for animal feed products, agricultural products is a must.
This role involves extensive travel across Bangladesh to source various products, negotiate contracts, and maintain supplier relationships.
- Procurement Management: Manage procurement of diverse items, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition.
- Supplier Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, conducting regular visits to assess quality and negotiate terms.
- Contract Negotiations: Secure favorable terms and conditions in contracts with suppliers.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, pricing, and availability of key items.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all procured items meet our quality standards, working with the quality control team.
- Budget Management: Monitor and manage the procurement budget, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records and prepare regular reports on procurement activities.
