Educational Requirements:
∎ Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Supply Chain Management
∎ Skills Required: Material Management, Store Management, supply chain management, Warehouse activities
Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain the overall store operation from incoming materials up-to Garment shipment in the ERP Software.
∎ Ensure proper reconciliation of materials for both issue & stock along with records.
∎ Control manufacturing and delivery processes.
∎ Plan and implement logistical strategy, ensuring targets are met.
∎ Use software to track goods from origin to delivery.
∎ Work on forecast and inventories, keeping an accurate record of the process and analyzing performance.
∎ Ensure proper traceability, identification & storage procedure of all types of incoming and stock materials.
∎ Liaison with Commercial department for imported materials and keep in track.
∎ Audit and keep records of all required documents properly (gate pass, all types of challan, invoice, test standard, certificate etc.)
∎ Prepare monthly stock closing summery & reconciliation report.
∎ Implement new technologies and stay alert to new trends and developments in this sector.
∎ Supervise all operational issues and uphold the safety of the store house with proper compliance.
∎ Follow up and lead all store personnel for smooth functioning of store dept.
∎ After completion of order need to make closing summary.
∎ Maintain inventory and stock of store by using ERP Software.
∎ Co-ordinate with merchandising, Commercial and other concern department for on time shipment.
∎ Any other responsibility assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Garments General Store, Garments accessories Store, Fabric Store, Inventory management.
∎ Strong Planning Skill and good analytical skill.
∎ A logical and systematic approach to work.
∎ Good time management with the ability to work under pressure, maintain accuracy and keep to deadlines.
∎ Very good in MS Office Package (Especially in MS Excel) & ERP Software Knowledge.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Good team player and strong work ethic.
