Functional Competencies –

• Excellent English (writing and speaking) skills. Other Asian language a plus.
• Excellent Excel, Power Point and Presentation skill.
• Deep functional planning knowledge
• Understanding of supply chain processes
• Proven management experience including leading, coaching, mentoring, and building effective team within a department
• Actively provide input on planning system transformation, for example S2A (Supply Chain Platform), demonstrating business acumen and constructing resource implication plan.
• Evaluate and execute new system implementations to ensure that the business is working effectively and that we have the correct level of resource allocated to workload

• Work as a member of supply chain merchandising team and continuously look for ways to improve work efficiency and processes within the team 
• Liaise with factories in agreeing on Critical Path for all style in order to ensure PCD dates are met. 
• Ensure merchandising hand over is done to the factory after the order is taken over from sourcing team 
• Agree fabric delivery dates with the mill for initial / repeat orders if required 
• Bookings for trims/accessories to be followed up for initial / repeat orders and agree delivery dates with suppliers if required 
• Maintain the delivery progress schedule, PCD movement and washing capacity schedules, on a timely manner 
• Raise development exceptions that affect the critical path/deliveries directly 
• Review delivery progress with the fabric mills, team and factories 
• Review weekly shipment forecast 
• Provide various KPI reports to MD Sir.
• Relay the POs & LC, other related documents to the vendors/suppliers wherever needed 
• Other related works assigned time to time
• Manage communication with Brand, Regions and Vendors to execute exceptions and order change requests.
• Oversee the execution of the continuous improvement of processes.
• Vendor Management.
• Change Management & Process Improvement Implementation.
• Provides team members with mentoring and coaching, setting goals, providing regular feedback and guidance to increase both individual and team productivity.
