Job Responsibilities:
∎ Zonal Sales activation through sales team
∎ Zonal sales route setup and route wise daily sales execution
∎ Daily Customer visit to look after customer experience.
∎ Volume, SR, Category wise sales assessment and take necessary growth measure
∎ Hourly SR and Order follow up
∎ Financial Reporting & Cash Collection Report
∎ Supplier Relationship Building and Product Sourcing Support
∎ Daily meeting and reporting to HQ
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have prior experience in the role of Supervisor
∎ Candidates should have Team Leading and Leadership skill
∎ Candidates with local clothing industry experience are highly preferred.
∎ Previous history of clothing business in family line will also be considered.
∎ The candidate must have good understanding about sales and team management.
∎ Candidates with bike are preferred
Salary:
∎ Tk. 18000 - 20000 (Monthly)
∎ Gross salary + Sales Incentive and Commission
