Responsibilities & Context:

• Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.

• Manage staff schedules, shift duties, and attendance to maintain efficient workflow.

• Monitor food quality, hygiene, and safety standards as per company policy.

• Handle customer complaints politely and ensure quick resolutions.

• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for timely and accurate order delivery.

• Maintain proper inventory of food, beverages, and other restaurant supplies.

• Train and guide service staff to improve performance and customer service.

• Prepare daily sales reports and assist management in achieving revenue targets.

• Ensure the restaurant environment remains clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.

• Communicate with management about operational issues, staff performance, and improvement ideas.
