Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Smart, well-groomed, and customer-focused.
Ability to handle pressure and solve problems quickly.
Basic computer knowledge (POS, MS Excel, etc.) preferred.
Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
Manage staff schedules, shift duties, and attendance to maintain efficient workflow.
Monitor food quality, hygiene, and safety standards as per company policy.
Handle customer complaints politely and ensure quick resolutions.
Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for timely and accurate order delivery.
Maintain proper inventory of food, beverages, and other restaurant supplies.
Train and guide service staff to improve performance and customer service.
Prepare daily sales reports and assist management in achieving revenue targets.
Ensure the restaurant environment remains clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
Communicate with management about operational issues, staff performance, and improvement ideas.
