Experience:

• 2 to 3 years

• Diploma in Computer

• Diploma/Bachelor’s in CSE/IT, experience in software, hardware, networking & CCTV preferred.

• Age 22 to 35 years

• Strong knowledge of computer networking (LAN, WiFi, router setup).

• Experience with CCTV setup, printer configuration (USB/IP), and software troubleshooting.

• Basic understanding of web applications, database systems, and POS operations.

• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work under pressure.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, LAN/WiFi networks, CCTV systems, and printers.

• Troubleshoot hardware, network, and software-related issues promptly.

• Ensure smooth operation of all IT and POS (Point of Sale) systems.

• Monitor and maintain backup, security, and system updates.

• Support office staff with technical issues (e.g., email setup, software updates, printer connectivity).

• Manage and troubleshoot network devices such as routers, switches, and access points.

• Assist in developing and implementing IT policies and best practices.

• Coordinate with vendors or service providers for maintenance and support.

• Maintain records of IT assets and ensure proper documentation.
