• Solid understanding of digital marketing tools (Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SEO tools, Canva, etc.).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bangla and English.Creative, proactive, and capable of working independently or in a team.

• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

• Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google,YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).

• Create engaging content, graphics, and promotional posts for online marketing.

• Manage paid advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.) and monitor ROI.

• Develop SEO strategies to increase website traffic and online visibility.

• Collaborate with the design and content teams to maintain consistent branding.

• Analyze performance data and generate regular marketing reports.

• Handle company website updates, online inquiries, and customer engagement.

• Build and maintain relationships with influencers, clients, and online communities.

• Stay updated on current digital trends and competitor activities.
