Job Context:
∎ A well establish Garments buying house is looking for Supervisor (Quality Assurance) for Dhaka office.
∎ BUSINESS UNIT: WOVEN & KNIT (TOPS & BOTTOM)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ He should have good knowledge about Quality Control process from Development stage to Shipment.
∎ He will be fully responsible to ensure quality with zero tolerance as per buyer's direction.
∎ He should have the technical knowledge on garments manufacturing as well as sampling, inline ,pre -final and final Inspection, also day-to-day production follow up.
∎ He has to generate daily reports on quality checking and quality passed garments.
∎ He should be very well communicative with merchant and factory, this way he must have knowledge about supply chain and arrange shipment on time accordingly.
∎ He should be open minded to improve and invent QA procedure, recommend corrective procedures.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least Ten years in garments buying house.
∎ Experience to deal with Planning, checking, following, monitoring and reporting activities of Quality Assurance .
∎ Capable to work independently

Salary: Negotiable
