∎ 05 to 07 years experience in relevant field.
∎ Knowledge of modern and updated QA management techniques.
∎ Should have clear knowledge on relevant field.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ At first check the attendance of the inspector and if absent any inspector supervisor will reshuffle inspector
∎ Supervisor will have Meeting with the inspector in a short time brief on top five defect /WFT/ PO to fail / claim/complaint and comment form buyer.
∎ The supervisor will do an oil-paper check and make a report.
∎ The supervisor will do measuring 1st piece garments.
∎ The supervisor will check style and make the report.
∎ The supervisor will do randomly Audit or in-line for process improvement .
∎ The supervisor will inspect the issue challan & record report.
∎ The supervisor will be monitoring the CTQ Process.
∎ The supervisor will attend the size-set /Pre-Production meeting.
∎ The supervisor will make the first (1st) production & first (1st) 10 pieces report.
∎ Ensuring button pull test, ponce setting, and color-wise lab test garments.
∎ Follow up the layout & confirm the process construction as per buyer sample & comments.
∎ The supervisor will be doing daily communication with the pre-final team & buyer QA.
∎ The supervisor will be doing hourly check the shell & final report and give a signature on the report.
∎ The supervisor will make the checklist .  Ensure factory compliance.
