∎ HSC, Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): 5 years experience in Footwear Industry, Able to work under pressure, Any non footwear employee please do not apply

Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Supervise and monitor, Day to day activities.
∎ • Responsible to handle all activities related to production.
∎ • Maintain proper target Ratio.
∎ • Execution to meet the production target as Local & Export forecast/management requirement.
∎ • To ensure that proper working conditions & compliance requirement at work place are maintained.
∎ • To prepare & to submit necessary reports required by the management.
∎ • Monitor every aspect of production to ensure compliance with established procedures and standards.
∎ • To maintain and establish the HR rules and regulations.
∎ • To check first production and daily output and to make sure the quality.
∎ • To check the Issue for all worker as per daily requirement.
∎ • Advice/help the QC team and factories to solve production issues.
∎ • Any other activities as and when required by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years

Salary: Tk. 25000 - 30000 (Monthly)
