Responsibilities & Context:
Arkay Multimedia Limited invites applications from energetic individuals with leadership quality for the following position of Supervisor - Security Guard.
Job Description:
Leading and managing security teams.
Must be able to ride bikes throughout Dhaka city.
Supervising and Managing Security Guards.
Maintain daily attendance records of Security Guards at Outdoor.
Conduct continues supervision of Security Guards assigned.
Ensure routine patrols of the premises/medians/sites/locations specially at night.
Ensure that Security Guards, are performing their duties in accordance with the Company’s rules.
Ensuring adherence to security protocols, and responding to incidents.
Oversee and supervise security personnel, ensuring they are trained and equipped to perform their duties effectively.
Ensure all security incidents are documented promptly and accurately, and reports are filed according to company policy.
Investigate security incidents, document them, and take appropriate corrective actions.
Inform office/relevant personnel regarding the incident, ensuring they are kept updated on the situation and any actions taken.
Identify potential security risks and threats and implement preventative measures.
Collaborate with the Management, law enforcement, and emergency services as needed.
Monitoring the Security of Assets of the Company.
Conducting Regular Security Audits
Prepare and maintain security reports and logs.
Maintain records of security incidents, inspections, and training activities.
Any other responsibilities as assigned by the Company.
