Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist the OO Manager and Regional Manager in planning BV CPSIAA policies and strategy.
∎ Manage daily operational issues.
∎ Ensure that resources are effectively deployed to ensure operations’ conformity with BV values/ Code of Ethics and procedures through effective training and implementation of quality management system.
∎ Responsible for the establishment, maintenance and improvement of human resource competence structure.
∎ Determine training needs; organize training and competence development work of subordinates to ensure that they can be continually competent for the jobs assigned.
∎ Monitor and review manpower/ capacity planning to ensure the adequacy for business operation and improvement.
∎ Provide leadership, direction and management to the operations with the primary objective of achieving the highest customer satisfaction.
∎ Responsible for the achievement and improvement of the performance of health, safety and environment management, ensure zero accident occurrences.
∎ Manage team and communicate well with subordinates in achieving KPIs, TATs and UR level.
∎ Monitor daily cost such as travel expense and other expense and sign reimbursement records.
∎ Handle external client complaints, internal QA issue, technical issues and internal discipline issue.
∎ Meet with clients, vendors, factory representatives to review inspection issue.
∎ Cooperate with other office and align inspection procedure and method.
∎ Complete other tasks assigned by OO manager and Regional Manager and above.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 36 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Two years related experience in consumer products inspection.
∎ Ability to read and interpret documents such as inspection guidelines and procedure manuals.
∎ Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
∎ Good command of English and communication skills
∎ Basic computer skills.
∎ Good command of English and communication skills
∎ Excellent Computer skill
∎ As per company requirement
Salary: Negotiable
