Responsibilities & Context:
Experience in managing workers in any factory
A complete delivery record should be maintained.
Must have experience in writing delivery challan and gate pass.
Must have proper product unloading experience.
Must have experience in proper loading of product in vehicle.
Ensuring timely attendance of workers for daily product loading and unloading work.
To ensure the timely attendance of staff on duty on a rotation basis.
To control the negligence of an employee not coming to duty without an acceptable reason.
Perform similar tasks as directed by management.
