Responsibilities & Context:
A project under the Department of Roads and Highways of the Government of Bangladesh: Bangladesh Road Safety Project (BRSP) is being implemented by a reputed organization in a joint effort. If you are interested in contributing to the life-saving public service system through the implementation of this project, then apply for the position of Supervisor (BLS Ambulance).
Duty Station: Central, Hub and Site offices along selected national highways.
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare and monitor duty rosters for drivers, Medical Assistants and Medical Assistant-cum-Riders assigned to ambulance operations.
Track staffing, leave, reassignment, and field readiness to minimize service gaps.
Follow up on dispatches, support incident documentation, and maintain coordination with the Call Center and nearby health facilities.
Conduct equipment, medical supply, and ambulance readiness checks at the field level.
Support mentoring, field problem-solving, performance monitoring, and weekly operational reporting.
