∎ B.Sc / Diploma in Agriculture.( Preference will be given to those who have completed courses in Agriculture)
∎ Bangladesh Agricultural University, Mymensingh, Sher-e-Bangla agricultural university students will get preference.
∎ Skills Required: Ability to Work Under Pressure, Agricultural Research, agricultural sector, Agriculture/ Forestry
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Agriculture Project, agro based farm, Cattle farming, Field of Agriculture and Dairy Firm
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Formulate a consolidated plan which brings forth as a profit-generating project of the company.
∎ Frequently monitoring all the projects of the company and land areas and put up a detail plan for plantation, Dairy & Bio-flock projects.
∎ Budgeting and maintaining accurate financial records & organizing sales and purchases of livestock, farm equipment, crops and agricultural products.
∎ Handling paperwork and keeping administrative records & recruiting, training/instructing and supervising farm workers.
∎ Ensuring compliance with government regulations and health and safety standards.
∎ Organizing maintenance/repair of farm property, equipment and machinery.
∎ Maintain all the records of tree plantation, Dairy and Bio-flock & financial control as per budget & ensure maintenance.
∎ Maintain & monitoring all records of tree plantation, Dairy and Bio-flock related purchase.
∎ Ensure everyday update of individual livestock, record keeping of livestock from purchase of stock to ready for sale.
∎ Monitor & identify the disease of cows, fisheries and tree continuously and co-operate to doctor and take immediate action.
∎ Oversee all purchasing, receiving, shipping, and warehouse operations.
∎ Assure the timely transfer of all goods in different locations.
∎ Ensure waste management as well as environment & pollution control.
∎ Any other assignment entrusted by the management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
