Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc/Diploma in Electrical Engineering from any of the Government recognized Institutions.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Dyeing, Dyeing Finishing, Knit composite factory, Knitting, RMG
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform preventive maintenance routines, repairs, and troubleshooting tasks on electrical equipment to ensure their efficient operation.
∎ Inspect electrical systems and equipment to identify any electrical deficiencies and recommend corrective action.
∎ Prepare and maintain detailed records of the maintenance activities undertaken.
∎ Coordinate with the production department to ensure minimal disruption of production schedules during maintenance activities.
∎ Provide technical support on electrical systems and equipment to other members of the maintenance team.
∎ Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to source materials and equipment for conducting maintenance activities.
∎ Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standard practices during maintenance activities.
∎ Develop and maintain a preventive maintenance plan to ensure the proper functioning of all electrical systems and equipment.
∎ Assist in the installation of new electrical systems and equipment as required.
∎ Troubleshoot and diagnose the causes of electrical problems and recommend corrective action.
∎ Act as a liaison with other departments to ensure efficient and effective communication channels for any electrical issues.
∎ Train and mentor junior members of the maintenance team.
∎ To perform any other jobs as and when assigned by Top management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
∎ Strong technical and Electrical skills.
∎ Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with other departments.
∎ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks concurrently.
∎ Excellent communication skills in English and Bengali languages.
∎ Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and practices.
∎ Proficient in computer applications such as MS Office and CAD software.
∎ Should have leadership quality with technical & professional approach in leading the team.
∎ The candidate will be given preference with proven successful track experience of at least 10 years in similar field in reputed organizations with 40 to 50 ton production capacity per day.
