Bachelor or Diploma degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Power/Automobile. Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in Automotive Filter, Automobile Brake System & Automobile Spare Parts.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sub-Assistant Engineer/Production Engineer (Automotive Filter/Automobile Brake System /Automobile Spare Parts) with a strong understanding in the Automobile Spare Parts industries.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement production schedules to meet project deadlines and customer demand.

• Ensure the availability of raw materials, tools, and equipment to avoid production delays.

• Implement quality control systems to ensure that products meet industry standards and customer specifications.

• Analyze and resolve production issues related to quality, providing solutions for improvement.

• Analyze current production methods and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and lower costs.

• Ensure all machinery and equipment used in the production process is well-maintained and operating efficiently.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in the production facility.

• Work closely with design, quality control, procurement, and other departments to ensure seamless production.

• Supervise and train production staff, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.

• Monitor production costs and work to minimize expenses without compromising on quality.

• Identify areas where costs can be reduced, such as material usage or labor efficiency.

• Introduce new technologies to improve productivity and product quality.

• Collaborate with R&D teams to ensure manufacturability of new designs and oversee the initial production runs.

• Provide regular updates to management on production performance, challenges, and outcomes.
