  • Must be experienced in counselling & admission for Japan
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in higher education sector and 1.5 years of experience as Japan counsellor (more experienced are encouraged to apply)
  • Graduate degree from any recognized university.
  • Strong English communication and people skills.
  • Skilled at online research and finding accurate information.

Responsibilities & Context:

Key Responsibilities

  • Counsel and guide prospective students regarding academic programs, admission requirements, and career opportunities in Japan.
  • Respond to admission inquiries through phone calls, emails, and in-person/online meetings.
  • Collaborate closely with the Business Development, Marketing, and Customer Service teams to drive impactful results.
  • Work towards intake-specific targets and prepare weekly progress and performance reports.
  • Assist students in preparing applications, documentation, and completing the enrollment process.
  • Maintain and update student profiles in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with prospective leads and build strong relationships with enrolled students.
  • Prepare and manage academic schedules, class routines, and training timetables.
  • Coordinate with faculty to ensure effective delivery of classes and training.
  • Contribute to student engagement, retention and success initiatives.

 Office Time: 10:00AM-6:00PM | 6 days a week
