Qualifications & Requirements:
- Experience: No prior experience required; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Language & Communication: Must be fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to explain complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Interpersonal Skills: Highly presentable, confident, approachable, and able to interact professionally with students, parents, and colleagues. Strong empathy and listening skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in computer usage, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email communication, and basic CRM or database systems.
- Personal Attributes: Energetic, self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Strong organizational and time management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and counseling to students regarding educational programs, courses, and career opportunities.
- Assist students in understanding admission processes, program requirements, and scholarship options.
- Maintain and update student records and communication logs using computer systems.
- Respond to student inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
- Collaborate with the marketing and admissions team to organize events, webinars, and student engagement activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and educational institutions.
- Stay updated on educational trends, scholarship programs, and study abroad opportunities to provide accurate guidance.
