Job Responsibilities:
∎ Advice students, checking student's application documents, counselling students though appropriate guidance, selecting university and admission procedure.
∎ Following up by phone to guide students through the next steps and making sure all student records are accurate and up-to-date.
∎ Undertaking designated regional credibility and practice interviews.
∎ Counselling students though the visa process to ensure a successful visa outcome.
∎ Chasing students visa outcome and arrival information.
∎ Liaising with the Accommodation and College/University teams for pre-arrival support.
∎ Use admissions systems and processes to deliver a high-quality customer service which is highly accurate and meets deadlines.
∎ Work collaboratively as a member of the admissions team in the delivery of the annual admissions service plan, supporting colleagues as required, ensuring an overall effective and efficient admissions service.
∎ Deal with a range of customers in a range of settings, such as students, prospective students, parents, guardians and other stakeholders on a day-to-day basis including at enrollment or other recruitment events.
∎ Arrange, coordinate and support applicant interviews and applicant tests as required.
∎ Provide appropriate information, advice, and guidance to enable prospective and current students to make appropriate course choices and to access any support mechanisms needed.
∎ Respond to a variety of admissions enquirers (face-to-face, in writing, via telephone, and email) from key stakeholders, ensuring messages and other information are accurate and passed on promptly.
∎ Participate in a range of meetings and events as part of University Open Days, Enrollment and progression or other promotional events.
∎ Utilize IT systems to input/retrieve data and information from a variety of databases and systems. Process Admissions data and information from various sources, tracking and reporting applicants' progress through to enrollment.
∎ Assist in the provision of data and reports on the progress of individual applications and other management information. General The post holder will undertake assigned responsibilities effectively and efficiently, and within regulatory and legislative requirements; achieve individual and corporate targets within the College's annual planning and staff performance review processes and budgetary constraints in order to create and maintain high performance of students and the College and:
∎ Ensure effective quality control and continuous improvement in all aspects of this post, in keeping with the Neuron Educare existing and developing quality assurance systems.
∎ Be committed to professional development, through participation in the Neuron Educare continuing professional development program which includes commercial up skills, staff learning days, and training events appropriate to the job role.
∎ Develop effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders and partners as appropriate to the role
∎ Identify and manage risk effectively.
∎ Support cross Admission events such as Open Evenings and Enrollment sessions when required.
∎ At all times seek to serve the best interests of the Neuron Educare.
∎ Student vis application.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Degree or equivalent professional qualifications with excellent oral, written and communication skills including a positive tone of voice and an ability to enunciate clearly.
∎ Knowledge of the UK, Canada and Australia or other overseas HE sectors.
∎ Experience working with Student recruitment agencies/ organization.
∎ Aptitude for building report and influencing.
∎ Ability to input data quickly and accurately.
∎ Strong attention to detail.
∎ Interest in student's recruitment and helping them to achieve their goals.
∎ Sociable, friendly disposition.
∎ Ability to priorities and plan workload under tight deadlines.
∎ A solution oriented, result focused, enabling approach.
∎ Ability to think strategically and manage changes in systems and procedures.
∎ Commitment to the highest standards of customer service.
∎ Detailed understanding of both internal and external admissions policies and procedures.
∎ Willingness to work flexible hours where required (including some weekends during critical periods).
∎ Multicultural outlook and interest in working with international students.
∎ Competence in at least one foreign language would be an advantage.
∎ Competence with Microsoft packages including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
