• Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.

• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in person.

• Assist clients with travel-related services such as air tickets, visas, and tour packages.

• Manage front desk operations, including scheduling client appointments and meetings.

• Provide accurate information about travel services, promotions, and packages.

• Maintain organized records of bookings and client communications.

• Assist the internal team with administrative tasks and client coordination.

• Ensure a clean and welcoming reception area.

• Handle any client concerns or issues promptly and efficiently.

• Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth workflow and positive client experience.
