Job Responsibilities
•Confirm the fee agreement on Immigration Visa's behalf to ensure the services.
•By responding to inquiries, provide a high level of client satisfaction.
•Reach the service's goal on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
•Assist higher-level management while reporting to them.
•Prepare and assist with online visa applications.
•Making various applications and advising clients on supporting documentation
•Managing client files.
•Come up with concepts to boost sales.
•Participate closely in numerous successes with the marketing department.
•Communicating with numerous professional associations, academic institutions, and clients.
•Follow up with both current and prospective customers.
•Prioritize work while under time constraints and meet deadlines.
•The organization is required to carry out more responsibilities.
•Coordinate and maintain relationships with existing clients. Build and maintain relationships with new clients.
•Analyze the industry trends and competitors to identify areas of improvement.
•Collect and analyze information and prepare data and sales reports.
•Build and maintain professional networks.
