Responsibilities & Context:

Job Type: Onsite (Work at Office)

Office Time: 11:00 AM - 07:00 PM

Working days: 6 days

Job Context:

  • Student Counselling & Advising Understand students' academic background, interests, and goals. Recommend suitable countries, universities, and courses. Explain admission processes, eligibility, deadlines, and scholarship options.
  • Application Assistance Help students prepare strong applications (SOP, LORs, CVs).Guide on university portals and document uploads.
  • Track application status and communicate with institutions when needed.
  • Visa Guidance Assist with visa document checklists.
  • Provide mock interview support and guidance for embassy interviews. Help students understand visa conditions (e.g., work rights, stay duration.
  • University and Program Knowledge Stay updated on admission requirements for top destinations ITALY.
  • Understand course types: Bachelor’s, Master’s, PhD, Diplomas.
  • Pre-Departure & Orientation Guide students on accommodation, travel, and settling abroad. Offer checklists and cultural adaptation tips. Arrange pre-departure events or webinars.
  • Collaboration with Universities & Agents Build and maintain partnerships with 1st World/European and non-European universities. Coordinate with international admission teams and education agents.
  • Negotiate commissions or referral incentives (if working with agencies.
  • Marketing & Outreach Conduct seminars/webinars at schools, colleges, fairs.
  • Post on social media and WhatsApp groups to attract students. Create marketing content: brochures, flyers, blogs, testimonials.
  • Record-Keeping and CRM Use Maintain student records in CRM systems. Track application progress and update student statuses. Ensure proper documentation and follow-up protocols.
  • Avoid providing false promises or fraudulent documents.
  • Post-Visa Services (Optional)Help students book tickets, find accommodation.
  • Guide on part-time jobs, bank accounts, and health insurance. Maintain alumni network for future referrals.
