Responsibilities & Context:
Provide personalized guidance and support to clients throughout the visa application process for study, work, or immigration purposes.
Communicate with clients professionally via phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and in-person meetings.
Assess clients’ profiles to determine visa eligibility and recommend suitable programs or destinations.
Develop and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction and referral rates.
Follow up with clients regularly to provide updates, clarify queries, and ensure smooth processing.
