Responsibilities & Context:
- Handle air ticket reservations, issuance, re-issuance, cancellations, and refunds
- Mandatory hands-on experience in GDS Sabre
- Create and manage PNR, fare quotation, and ticketing deadlines
- Issue domestic and international air tickets
- Check fare rules, baggage, and airline policies
- Coordinate with airlines and travel partners
- Handle void, refund, and exchange procedures
- Provide after-sales support to clients
- Manage group bookings and corporate reservations
- Maintain accurate ticketing records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with airline rules and company policy
- Deliver professional customer service
