Responsibilities & Context:
- Promote and sell travel services including air tickets, tour packages, hotel bookings, visa assistance, and transportation
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, agents, and individual customers
- Prepare and present customized travel itineraries and quotations based on client requirements
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets through proactive sales activities
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and travel trends
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and overseas partners for best rates and services
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings
- Support marketing activities such as promotions, campaigns, social media coordination, and exhibitions
- Ensure high customer satisfaction by providing accurate information and timely service
- Maintain sales records, client databases, and regular follow-up reports
- Assist in group tours, corporate events, and incentive travel programs when required
