Responsibilities & Context:
Handle air ticket reservations, issuance, re-issuance, cancellations, and refunds
Mandatory hands-on experience in GDS Sabre
Create and manage PNR, fare quotation, and ticketing deadlines
Issue domestic and international air tickets
Check fare rules, baggage, and airline policies
Coordinate with airlines and travel partners
Handle void, refund, and exchange procedures
Provide after-sales support to clients
Manage group bookings and corporate reservations
Maintain accurate ticketing records and documentation
Ensure compliance with airline rules and company policy
Deliver professional customer service
