Who We Are Looking For

Experience:

  • 1–2 years experience in education sales, student recruitment, or consultancy preferred.
  • Freshers may apply only if they demonstrate strong communication skills and learning ability.

Mandatory Preference

  • Prior exposure to Australian student recruitment, education consulting, or lead-based sales will be highly valued.
  • Experience in unrelated markets (Canada/UK/others) will not be prioritized.

Responsibilities & Context:

We are an education consultancy working exclusively with the Australian student visa market (Subclass 500). This role is designed for individuals who understand that sales in education is not pushy selling, but structured guidance, ethical communication, and disciplined follow-up.

If you are comfortable working with targets, leads, and accountability, while respecting compliance and accuracy, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle student leads and enquiries for Australian education and student visas.
  • Convert qualified leads into counselling appointments and enrolments.
  • Follow up with students and guardians using a structured sales process.
  • Support marketing campaigns by converting digital and offline leads.
  • Maintain accurate student records and follow-up status.
  • Coordinate with counselling and visa teams to ensure smooth handover.
  • Represent the company professionally in outreach activities and events.
  • Track performance and contribute to revenue growth through ethical sales.
