Responsibilities & Context:
Handle visa processing for first world countries such as the USA, Canada, UK, Schengen countries, Australia, New Zealand, and others.
Guide clients regarding visa requirements, documentation, embassy procedures, and application processes.
Schedule embassy appointments, biometric appointments, and interview dates for applicants.
Maintain regular communication with embassies, visa centers, and clients regarding application status and updates.
Keep updated knowledge regarding changing visa policies, embassy rules, and immigration procedures.
Handle urgent and high-priority visa cases efficiently and professionally.
