Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context:

The MCCHS Ltd. is inviting applications for the position of Manager, Operations to lead and oversee operational functions at Neer Resort and Restaurant, and for Shantir Neer Resort and Restaurant. The selected candidates will ensure efficient service delivery across departments, coordinate guest experience standards, and drive improvements in day-to-day operations aligned with organizational goals.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage daily resort and theme park operations, including front office, F&B, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest relations.

  • Supervise departmental heads and ensure smooth coordination among teams.

  • Monitor guest satisfaction and ensure exceptional service across all touchpoints.

  • Resolve guest complaints quickly and professionally, ensuring positive outcomes.

  • Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing, Finance, and Admin teams for smooth cross-functional operations.

  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to meet service and performance standards.

  • Oversee procurement, inventory, and vendor relations.

  • Monitor budgets, expenses, and implement cost-control measures.

  • Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and environmental standards.

  • Plan preventive maintenance and facility upkeep for seamless functionality.

  • Conduct regular audits and operational reviews to maintain efficiency and quality.

  • Contribute to strategic planning and operational improvements.
