About the Role
Hotel Grand Park Barishal is looking for energetic, target-oriented, and self-motivated professionals for the position of Executive / Sr. Executive – Sales & Marketing. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing corporate relationships, driving room and banquet sales, promoting hotel services, and expanding market presence through strategic sales initiatives.
The role requires excellent communication skills, strong networking ability, and hands-on experience in hospitality sales.
Key Responsibilities
Promote hotel rooms, banquet facilities, F&B outlets, and related services to corporate and individual clients.
Identify and develop new business opportunities, corporate accounts, and strategic partnerships.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, travel agents, event organizers, brokers, and institutional customers.
Conduct regular sales visits, client meetings, and corporate presentations.
Generate leads for room bookings, conferences, events, and group business.
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and brand awareness initiatives.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery and guest satisfaction.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and maintain updated client database.
Achieve assigned monthly and annual revenue targets.
Maintain professional representation of the hotel in business forums and networking events.
Manage end-to-end digital marketing by driving SEO/SEM, social media, paid campaigns, and OTA visibility to increase online presence and bookings, while leveraging analytics and CRM tools to optimize performance, customer engagement, and retention.
