Experience:
Guest Assistance:
Respond to guest inquiries and booking requests promptly.
Ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process for guests.
Address and resolve any guest issues or complaints during their stay.
Maintain guest satisfaction through excellent communication and service.
Cleaning & Maintenance Oversight:
Coordinate daily cleaning schedules with the cleaning team.
Ensure that all rooms are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
Monitor the cleaning quality and ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
Report any maintenance issues promptly to the appropriate service providers.
Property Maintenance:
Perform regular checks on the property to ensure everything is in good condition.
Organize repairs or maintenance as needed.
Ensure that all safety and security protocols are being followed at all times.
Inventory Management:
Ensure that necessary supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning products are always stocked.
Track inventory and order supplies when necessary.
Administrative Tasks:
Maintain an organized system for guest bookings, payments, and feedback.
Update the property listing with current details and attractive photos.
Monitor guest reviews and respond to feedback.
Requirements:
Proven experience in hospitality, property management, or a similar role (Guest House or hotel experience preferred).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
A keen eye for detail and a high standard of cleanliness.
Ability to respond to emergencies or unexpected issues quickly and efficiently.
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and nights as required.
Must have access to a reliable means of transportation to travel between properties, if needed.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with property management software or booking platforms.
Knowledge of hygiene standards and best practices for maintaining cleanliness.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism.
