• Age 22 to 32 years

• The applicants must have experience in the following business area(s): Air ticket booking and issuing domestic and international flight tickets using GDS systems like Amadeus/Sabre (Preferably Sabre)

• 2 to 3 years or more with relevant fields

• We would prefer candidates from Rampura, Baddah, Banani & Gulshan.

• Strong knowledge of GDS systems and airline ticketing procedures

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently

• Assisting clients with booking and issuing domestic and international flight tickets using GDS systems like Amadeus/Sabre (Preferably Sabre)

• Providing clients with accurate fare quotes, promotional offers, and ensuring cost-effective ticketing solutions

• Communicating with clients over phone or in person to handle booking queries, reissues, cancellations, and itinerary changes

• Establishing and maintaining contact with airline representatives to resolve ticketing-related issues and secure special deals

• Ensuring accurate record-keeping of ticket sales, client information, and payment details for future reference and reporting

• Corporate SIM card, TA and DA (As per company policy)
