Administrative: General Manager – Cityscape Lifestyle

Working Hours: As per bar operational hours with managerial flexibility

- 1. ROLE DEFINITION & STRATEGIC PURPOSE
- The Bar Manager is the chief custodian of The Cave brand on the operational floor.
- This role exists to protect, elevate, and monetize the bar as a members-first, experience-led, revenue-generating lifestyle asset.
- The Bar Manager is accountable for:
- Brand integrity
- Guest quality control
- Membership culture enforcement
- Revenue, margin, and discipline
- This is *not an entertainment or nightlife role.
- This is a luxury hospitality leadership position within a long-term lifestyle ecosystem.

- 3. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES (IN FULL DETAIL)
- A. OPERATIONAL CONTROL & DAILY MANAGEMENT
- Daily Duties
- Open & close the bar as per SOP
- Ensure full readiness before service:
- Staff grooming & uniform
- Bar setup & cleanliness
- Stock readiness
- Supervise service flow throughout operating hours
- Ensure seamless coordination between bar, floor service, GRO, and security
- SOP Enforcement
- Follow and enforce all approved SOPs including:
- Beverage preparation standards
- Service etiquette & guest communication
- Table turnover rules
- Closing reconciliation procedures
- B. MEMBERSHIP-FIRST GUEST MANAGEMENT
- Entry & Guest Filtering
- Ensure priority access to:
- Cityscape members
- Corporate guests
- Invite-only guests
- Coordinate with security to:
- Enforce cut-off times
- Restrict late-night casual crowd
- Prevent non-spending footfall
- Guest Experience Quality
- Personally oversee:
- VIP & high-value guests
- Corporate decision-makers
- Foreign guests
- Ensure:
- Calm seating arrangements
- No overcrowding

- Identify potential members
