  • Serves customers by completing enrollments and conversion mailings.

  • responding to requests.

  • resolving complaints.

  • managing and analyzing customer data to drive insights and support strategic decision making.

  • handles customer inquiries, issues, and complaints to ensure high customer satisfaction for the company.

  • ensures that a company or organization operates efficiently and legally regarding its finances.

  • Monitoring PTP (Performance to Plan) for Sample section of all units BR Support to Production & implement new method improvement through innovation.

  • Ensure 100% Export Quality as per Buyer
