Responsibilities & Context:
-Handle air ticket reservations, issuance, re-issuance, and refunds through GDS (Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo).
-Handle customer inquiries for air ticket bookings (domestic and international).
-Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to increase ticket sales and promote travel packages.
-Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, and agents.
-Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and promotional materials when required.
-Search and compare flight options to offer the best itinerary and price.
