🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Handle airline reservations, ticket issuance, reissues, and refunds using GDS (Sabre).

• Manage flight changes, cancellations, and schedule adjustments.

• Process ADM/ACM and BSP-related transactions accurately.

• Split and manage PNRs for group and individual bookings.

• Provide fare quotations, exchange calculations, and ticket validations.

• Support corporate clients with complex travel itineraries.

• Maintain accurate records and follow company procedures.

🔹 Requirements

• Proven expertise in GDS (Sabre mandatory; knowledge of Amadeus/Galileo is a plus).

• Strong knowledge of ticketing, reissues, refunds, and fare rules.

• Experience with BSP, ADM, and ACM handling.

• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

• Excellent communication skills in English (written & verbal).

• Previous experience in a travel agency or airline environment is required.
