Responsibilities & Context:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced professional to manage BSP reconciliation and airline revenue-related processes. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of BSP reporting, ADM/ACM handling, and refund processes within the travel industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform weekly, and monthly BSP reconciliation
Identify and resolve discrepancies between issued tickets and BSP reports
Handle ADM (Agency Debit Memo) and ACM (Agency Credit Memo) disputes with airlines
Monitor and process airline refunds, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up
Coordinate with airlines, consolidators, and internal teams to resolve billing issues
Maintain proper documentation and reporting of all BSP transactions
Ensure compliance with IATA BSP policies and airline regulations
