• Only Male

• Hotel experience will be given priority
• Warm welcoming, Personality, Energetic, Bubbly and very Presentable
• Be able to make casual conversation with guest
• Good telephone manner, good email writing
• Be very fluent speaking in English (with good accent if possible)
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

• Have professional practical knowledge about check-in-check out & reservation operations both in manually and in software

• Should be professional in correspondence over letter, mail and fax

• To be readily capable to handle Guest demand, problems or any complaints

• Communication level should be high with speaking in English

• To ensure that rooms have been serviced and maintained to the standards laid down by the company

• Should have experience to work with housekeeping if required

• Keep the Hotel standard of service toward guest at all time

• Ensure Guest satisfaction with etiquette and manners

• Should be well groomed and sense of hygiene

• Should be well known in night auditing on rooms and work in three shifts

• Special and other responsibilities as assigned by the management

• Handles cash, traveler`s cheque, credit cards and direct billing requests properly.
