Responsibilities & Context:
Proven experience in selling and managing packages for the mentioned Asian countries (Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Nepal, Maldives, Sri Lanka, etc.) is highly preferred.
Capability and willingness to quickly acquire the necessary knowledge and skills to expand and manage tour package offerings for other international destinations as required by business needs.
Excellent salesmanship and negotiation skills.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal English/Bangla).
Proficiency in relevant reservation systems and travel software.
Develop, customize, and promote attractive tour packages (Group and FIT) for various international destinations.
Expertly handle the complete process of booking and managing packages for destinations like Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Nepal, Maldives, Sri Lanka, and other popular international locations.
Counsel clients on suitable travel destinations, package details, itineraries, and costs.
Coordinate with foreign suppliers, airlines, hotels, and ground operators to ensure seamless service delivery.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for tour packages.
Maintain excellent client relationships and handle post-sales follow-up.
