Responsibilities & Context:
Communicate with clients to provide travel services
Respond to clients via online & offline channels on time
Deal with client inquiries regarding travel services like Air ticket / Visa / Tour Package
Keep sales records & report sales information
Other tasks regarding travel booking & client communications assigned by the administration
Led the Sales & Marketing department to meet and exceed sales targets, providing strategies to target sales.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all visa applications and Tour Package related communications.
Stay informed about changes in visa regulations and Tour Package procedures for various countries.
To receive phone calls and give proper information regarding applications.
