Responsibilities & Context:
• Communicate with clients to provide travel services
• Respond to clients via online & offline channels on time
• Deal with client inquiries regarding travel services like Air ticket / Visa / Tour Package
• Keep sales records & report sales information
• Other tasks regarding travel booking & client communications assigned by the administration
• Led the Sales & Marketing department to meet and exceed sales targets, providing strategies to target sales.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all visa applications and Tour Package related communications.
• Stay informed about changes in visa regulations and Tour Package procedures for various countries.
• To receive phone calls and give proper information regarding applications.
