Job Context

We are looking for an experienced Schengen (Europe) Canada UK Australia Visa Specialist to join our team at Visa Guardian Consultancy. The ideal candidate must have in-depth knowledge of the visa policies for the Canada UK Australia & 29 Schengen countries (e.g., France, Italy, Germany, Sweden, etc.). Your main role will be to guide clients through the strict documentation process of Canada UK Australia European visas and ensure high success rates.

Job Responsibilities

• Expertise: Provide expert consultancy specifically for Canada UK Australia Schengen Tourist and Business visas.

• Documentation Specialist: Prepare strong Cover Letters, detailed day-to-day Travel Itineraries, and arrange necessary Hotel/Flight bookings.

• File Assessment: Analyze client’s Bank Statements and financial documents strictly to match Embassy requirements.

• VFS Management: Assist clients with VFS Global appointment scheduling, form filling, and biometric submission guidance.

• Checklist Compliance: Organize files according to the specific checklist of different Embassies

• Client Conversion: Handle inquiries regarding Canada UK Australia Europe/Schengen visas and convert potential leads into office visits and file bookings.

• Problem Solving: Advise clients on how to improve their profile to minimize rejection risks.

• Updates: Stay updated with the latest policy changes of Canada UK Australia European Embassies.
