🧠 Role Context

As a Customer Care / Telemarketing Executive, your primary responsibility will be to schedule meetings and appointments over the phone. You’ll engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and coordinate appointments for the sales team while maintaining accurate records.

📌 Key Responsibilities

* Contact potential clients via phone to schedule appointments

* Ask relevant questions to understand client needs

* Coordinate and confirm appointments with the sales team

* Clearly inform clients about appointment purposes

* Maintain accurate records in the CRM system

* Engage customers with patience and professionalism

* Ensure all appointments meet company standards and criteria
