• Must be target-oriented and able to work under minimal supervision.

• Communicate with clients effectively to understand their needs and provide accurate information about available work visa opportunities.

• Convince and guide clients professionally to start their visa processing with the company.

• Maintain a positive relationship with clients and follow up regularly to ensure smooth processing.

• Explain visa requirements, documentation, and application procedures clearly.

• Handle client inquiries through phone calls, social media, and in-person meetings.

• Keep updated knowledge of work visa categories and country-specific requirements.

• Achieve monthly targets related to client file submission and conversion.

• Maintain proper records of client interactions and progress reports.
