Responsibilities & Context:
Customer Service, doing air ticket, hotel reservation in the GDSs, etc.
Customer Service. Handling of corporate clients in line with their travel policies.
Prepare itineraries, routing, quotations, reservation in GDS etc.
Provides information about travel destinations and accommodations
Communicates with vendors of travel-related products to get the best deals
Visits sites in advance of recommending to tourists
Preparing tour packages
