Wisestone Study Abroad is a UK-based educational consultancy providing ethical and transparent guidance to students seeking higher education opportunities abroad. We are looking for a competent and student-focused Counsellor to manage counselling and application processes for UK, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand & some European countries.you

Job Context: This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and in-depth knowledge of admission and visa processes for the UK, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. The Counsellor will work closely with the admissions and operations teams to ensure a smooth, compliant, and student-centered service, upholding Wisestone’s reputation for professionalism and integrity.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional counselling to students regarding study options in the UK, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand based on academic background, career goals, and financial capability.
  • Guide students in selecting suitable universities, programs, and intakes in line with eligibility requirements.
  • Assist students with application processing, document preparation, offer letter follow-ups, and enrollment procedures.
  • Provide accurate guidance on visa requirements, financial documentation, SOP/GTE preparation, and interview readiness as per respective country regulations.
  • Maintain proper student records and ensure timely updates in internal systems and trackers.
  • Communicate with partner universities and authorized representatives regarding admissions and student status.
  • Ensure transparency, compliance, and ethical standards throughout the counselling and application process.
  • Achieve assigned counselling and conversion targets while maintaining service quality.
  • Support marketing, student engagement, and pre-departure briefing sessions when required.
