Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain all chemical inventory.
∎ To take initiatives PO requests and adjustments with Supply Chain.
∎ Follow up daily Receive & delivery report & inform to department head.
∎ Maintain all receivable & issue document properly stock materials.
∎ Follow up material inbound & outbound.
∎ Check materials inventory report & inform to department head.
∎ Follow up Work Order & in-house properly.
∎ Check raw materials availability as per production plan.
∎ Follow up material distribution as per consumption.
∎ Making monthly requisition for required items.
∎ Maintain accurate stock according FIFO & LIFO.
∎ To prepare buyer related documents & CIL.
∎ Follow up to keep the warehouse neat & clean and well organize as compliance requirement.
∎ Follow up warehouse & employee safety facility as compliance advise.
∎ Conduct Monthly 100% physical counting of inventory.
∎ Follow up stock register & consumption report.
∎ Keep accurate physical inventory Monthly & Yearly.
∎ Any others job assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Good analytical skill & positive mind.
∎ Preferable on Science Background.
∎ Very good in MS Office Package (Especially in MS Excel) & ERP solutions.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time frame.
∎ Good team player and strong work ethic.
∎ Able to demonstrate excellent team spirit and team building skills.
∎ Work collaboratively with team members at all levels.
