∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Context:
∎ 3 months provisionary period.
∎ After completing the period, the management will make it permanent. Within this time Management can terminate the job without any prior notice.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for maintaining daily receive and the issue of materials (Fabric, Accessories and general store items, etc.) Prepare monthly stock reports and ensure the minimum level of stock positions regularly.
∎ Carry out regular physical random store items checks of commodities and inventories.
∎ Supervise the receipt of all arriving products.
∎ Ensure the integrity of the stores' area is maintained at all times
∎ To ensure accurate accounting of all transactions to and from the stores
∎ To raise purchase orders for materials in line with procedures, standing orders, and financial regulations.
∎ Make monthly ledger purchase requisition and local purchase.
∎ Should be technically strong/experience in store-related activities.
∎ Record keeping and assist management by given accurate information on the stock and in/out.
∎ Responsible for the overall operation of the store.
∎ Ensure proper maintenance and operation of the store.
∎ Ensure proper inventory of all arrived goods at the store.
∎ Receive materials from local, foreign suppliers or any other sources as per L/C and purchase approved documents.
∎ Distribute store materials as per requisition.
∎ Keep proper records of received stores and keep track of surplus stores/materials.
∎ Generate reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
∎ Ensure the safety of the store.
∎ Supervise and lead all store personnel.
∎ Responsible to arrange Monthly, Yearly Physical Inventory & submit to the Management in Time
∎ Able to prepare a closing summary.
∎ Maintain stores as per legal and compliance requirements.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Need good knowledge in Excel

Salary: Negotiable
