Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain the overall store operation from incoming materials to product shipment.
∎ Maintain and allocate goods and materials' incoming & outgoing as per company policy.
∎ Monitor unloading to loading of finished goods or materials and ensure that the goods are stored in proper condition with adequate safety.
∎ Prepare and establish store policy & SOP and review within particular time period.
∎ Ensure proper documentation for both issue & delivery of materials.
∎ Maintain the proper traceability, identification & storage procedure of all types of incoming and stock materials.
∎ Receive store materials (Yarn, Spare parts, Accessories, All Packing Materials etc.) from local/foreign suppliers and any other sources as per LC purchase approval.
∎ Follow up styles wise files for the accessories (trim cards) and yarn quantity in the sample department, and production floor.
∎ Prepare Accessories & Yarn delivery guideline for sample department and production floor.
∎ Monitor & make comparison report for purchase requisition, budget control and wastage control.
∎ Notify concern department (Merchandising, production etc.) regarding the in-house materials and balance quantity of those materials.
∎ Prepare daily and monthly stock closing summery & reconciliation report and also submit to the top management.
∎ Monitor safety & compliance issues of entire store area.
∎ Arrange & provide necessary training & awareness to the team members.
∎ Perform and ensure all activities related to the shipment.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Yarn, Garments Accessories, Group of Companies
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Store and Inventory Management
∎ Must have high degree of correspondence & analytical ability.
∎ Supervisory & team building Skills.
∎ Must be fluent in both written and verbal English
∎ Strong computer skills in Excel/ Office/ PPT/ Outlook, etc.
∎ Have ability to manage multiple priorities, and flexible to constantly change schedule and priorities.
∎ Being enthusiastic and highly motivated at work place.
